Start a community workout
A free outdoor or park workout that does not need a gym card.
- Who it is for
- Parks, school tracks, and apartment courtyards
- Time
- 45 minutes, once or twice a week
What you need
- A public meeting spot with shade
- A printed workout that uses body weight
- Water and a first-aid kit
- A rain plan (cancel or move indoors)
Steps
- Pick a park or track that is free and lit.
- Write a 30-minute circuit: walk, squats, push-ups, stretches.
- Start on time. End on time. Leave a paper copy for late arrivals.
- Offer a beginner lane. Do not turn it into a tryout.
- Keep it free. No merch table on week one.
Notes
- Heat is a safety issue in Texas. Move to mornings from May to September.
- The party program treats fitness as public health, not a lifestyle brand.
